The face shields are made of high-quality polycarbonate. They fit the BFKFE001 aluminum window frame. The gold-coating reflects large part of the radiant heat. Therefore, the face shields offer good heat protection (IR protection level 4-4).

The face shields for aluminum window frames are available in various sizes and protection levels. Basically, the following applies:

• The face shield is made of 1mm thick polycarbonate
• Excellent optical quality
• High resistance to temperature extremes approx. -50°C to +135°C
• Good UV protection
• Lower notched impact strength (F – 45 m/s)
• 94% of the radiant heat is reflected by the gold-coating
• IR protection shade 4-4
